Rascallion The Devonian 2019
Rascallion The Devonian shows a mélange of flavours on the nose of lime, floral, oatmeal, and honey. The palate has a soft entry with a creamy texture, and there is good balance between the subtle acidity from the limey notes and the sweetness from the floral notes. The finish is slightly nutty with a hint of minerality.

Ross Sleet launched Rascallion in 2018 with the aim of creating a collection of brands that were daring, unconventional, and centred on blends inspired by his travels in Southern France and the Iberian peninsula. Rascallion is wholly (and unashamedly) a négociant business, which leaves Ross and his consultant winemaker Rianie Strydom able to freely source wine to incredibly exacting standards and specifications, from Stellenbosch, the Swartland, Darling, Robertson and Piekenierskloof.
