Shipping, Delivery & Events Tickets
SHIPPING / COLLECTION
We aim to deliver all orders to Mainland UK within 3-4 days of receipt. If you need an order urgently, please do get in touch at hello@thedrinksmith.co.uk
Although we do our utmost to avoid it (we really do!), there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Alternatively you can collect for FREE at our Sherborne store, located on South Street, DT9 3LU. We will give you a ring once your order is ready to collect. This may be the same day if we have the stock on site or up to three if we need to bring it down from our warehouse.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over £150, or £15 for all other orders.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All shipping within Mainland UK is sent using UPS who normally require a signature upon delivery unless alternative arrangements are made. You may also be asked for proof of age by the delivery driver, so keep those IDs handy.
RETURNS
We want you to always enjoy your purchases, so if you are unhappy with any of the wines you have received please do get in touch at hello@thedrinksmith.co.uk and we will try to organise a replacement or other alternative as soon as possible.
If a wine is deemed faulty, we will happily send a replacement for free including all delivery costs. If a replacement isn't available or desired, a refund or credit will be issued. In some cases we may ask to inspect faulty wines, so please hold onto them.

EVENTS
If you buy tickets for one of our events but then have a change of plan we will happily refund your purchase if you let us know 48 hours beforehand. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after that point because we will have bought-in fresh food and specific stock for the event.
