Brilliant, foodie-fizz. Rather special with turkey - trust me, I tried it.

Rizz Fizz is a Riesling PǸt-Nat (or petillant naturelle), an ancient, yet re-emerging, style of fizz.

On first sniff, you??ll get zesty citrus and lemongrass, with racy acidity and juicy white nectarine flavours. Picked with high acidity and rich flavours thanks to the cooler vintage. Zesty citrus and lemongrass - and bone dry before you think just because it's riesling it's going to be sweet. (Dur!)

Origin: Adelaide Hills, Australia

Living Roots is a winery in both the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York and the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia, yes really. Though Living Roots was founded in 2016, their legacy began six generations back with Thomas Hardy, Seb’s great-great-great grandfather. In 1850, at the age of 20, Thomas immigrated to the new British colony, Australia. He soon planted the Hardy family’s first grapes and jumpstarted 160+ years of family winemaking.
